The first semester of school is winding down, with a rather anticlimactic end. Kansas City is getting cold, and my friends from the South are panicing. I sense that I've finished all of my classes on a high note, but that could be a delusion brought on by studio induced lack of sleep. My heart beats irregularly on occasion, and I want to be in New Orleans, or Budapest, or somewhere in Maine. My favorite band released a disappointing album, and my favorite rapper a phenomenal one. My birthday came and went, and I'll be taking a train to Chicago. New work soon.

I've started my studies at the Kansas City Art Institute. So far, so good.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for the opening! We met wonderful new friends, reconnected with old ones, had just the right amount of liquor, and, as an added bonus, the pieces were selling like hotcakes...
